A white male wearing a mainly black Caterpillar "CAT" winter jacket, a dark hoodie, and blue jeans is seen standing across the street watching the house. He is standing still in the snow on the front lot of 906 Elsmere Avenue with his arms at his sides, staring. He's noticed when a resident goes to the front of the house to check for mail. The individual stands across the street for approximately five minutes and then leaves. He was not seen leaving and no one else was seen. It's chalked up to "weird."

A white male wearing a mainly black Caterpillar "CAT" winter jacket, a dark hoodie, and blue jeans is seen standing and/or pacing at the northern entrance to the alley between Elsmere Avenue and Marentette Avenue. This alley runs behind our home but the individual was across Niagara Street, on the northern side. On one visit, he was present for approximately five minutes after being noticed. On another, he was present for less than ten minutes. This is the same male from late February but now we're assuming he's a customer of the drug dealer Terry Kozub like most of the quick visit skids seen using the alley behind his home at 883 Elsmere Avenue.
