Constable Michael Calce and his partner Constable Brent Glavin were wilfully obstructed by witness for the Crown Salame as they arrived on scene with a physical description and positive identification of a fleeing suspect. Formal notice

Written notice hand delivered to the individual's negligent institution, as defined by §22.1(b) of the Canadian Criminal Code¹. The portion constituting a formal notice under the Tresspass to Property Act lawfully prohibits entry onto property owned, controlled, or occupied by the authors. A second portion, dealing with the common law, prohibits entry or communication for any purpose. It makes clear that the presumption at §3.(2) of the Act is invalid.
