The real problem is if you find yourself dealing with police officers on containment duty. Their negligence is quickly recognized and, essentially, becomes encouragement. That's when your life becomes surreal... and miserable.

- Attempts to use her gender and claimed but unverified status as a legal guardian with responding police officers when committing Public mischief - this violent, vindictive, unabashedly malicious mouthpiece will even state what she's doing to a complicit police officer aware of, and supportive of, her criminal actions

Ms. Guney’s single complaint, made
September 29, 2010, was related to
events of September 9, 2010 and
repeated Mischief /
Interfering with boundary lines
by one of her sons beginning the following day. However, this false
complaint was motivated by the outrage she felt over "having the
cops called on me" on September 27.
Payback, school yard style. It also happens to be
Public mischief.
This sequence of events was relayed to Constable Luke Harmon when he arrived to deal with the complaint.

At the time of the occurrence, Ms. Guney and her partner David Fortune were not present. Mr. Fortune learned of it after the fact, then walked to 904 Elsmere Avenue in the company of Rainier Cloutier to talk with Rikki Renee Reid. The subject of Ms. Guney's complaint to police on September 29, 2010 did not know that she existed at this point in time.

Ms. Guney provided a more interesting story to the responding officer than this summary might indicate to an uninformed third party. According to the officer, actions alleged to have taken place earlier in the day prompted his investigation into a possible violation of law:
