Re: Constable Ronald Bercovici authors his supplementary addition to GO 2012-83776 on behalf of a Morality Unit that determined the disposition of a matter before speaking with either of the complainants/justice system participants. His notes indicate that, in addition to the fabricated evidence retrieved from a personal information databank used in the administration of justice already noted, Constable Bercovici and/or the Morality Unit also considered a false return to an investigative process generated by Constable Brian Caffarena on September 9, 2010.
