In the name of Justice, to Protect and Serve. What do you do when justice is perverted by a criminal personality in a uniform, carrying a gun purchased by the public they ostensibly serve? As it turns out, The Aims of the Criminal Law are more divergent than it would appear from statute alone.

Chunkacabra returns to the wild
After two to three weeks of regular shouting matches at 914 Elsmere, interventions by concerned friends and temper tantrums that begin or end in the middle of the street, Patricia Amond finally throws her daughter out of the house. Tina Marie Kelly is banished to the multi-unit income property depths of the welfare jungle because her uncaring mother just doesn't understand the demands of a welfare slut life. Rikki Renee Reid no longer has a daily partner in crime! No more best friend a few doors down with nothing better to do, no more doubling of police calls, no more "independent witness" rehersals before a policing shitshow, no more over-the-top bruiser bitch and boyfriends!
Mustering every scintilla of self-control we have, our happy dance remains a private affair.

At the time of the occurrence, Constable Paul Brothers was partnered with Constable Kenneth Burt, a public officer suffering from mental disorder of a nature or quality likely to result in serious bodily harm to himself or another person. Constable Gacanin was not present. He responded to an event partially incited by it less than six hours later.

Formal notice

Written notice hand delivered to the individual's negligent institution, as defined by §22.1(b) of the Canadian Criminal Code¹. The portion constituting a formal notice under the Tresspass to Property Act lawfully prohibits entry onto property owned, controlled, or occupied by the authors. A second portion, dealing with the common law, prohibits entry or communication for any purpose. It makes clear that the presumption at §3.(2) of the Act is invalid.
