That's when your life becomes surreal... and miserable.

Kelly-Anne Girard

Kelly-Anne Girard is responsible for the introduction and actions of Jesse Girard/Perch, Maxwell Girard, and Debbie Smith. She repeats and embellishes slander relayed by Rikki Renee Reid while counselling violent reprisal. Ms. Girard is also responsible, in part, for the motivations of Rainier Cloutier as well as Terry Kozub and, possibly, their introduction.
