December 5, 2015: Unmasking the crackhead crusader
Paul Kevin Harper, son of Yvonne Doreen Bernier, is released with non-association conditions after being charged with 2 counts of Criminal harassment and one count of Mischief by Sergeant Morgan Evans of the Windsor Police Service.
September 26, 2016: Formal notice

Written notice hand delivered to the individual's negligent institution, as defined by §22.1(b) of the Canadian Criminal Code¹. The portion constituting a formal notice under the Tresspass to Property Act lawfully prohibits entry onto property owned, controlled, or occupied by the authors. A second portion, dealing with the common law, prohibits entry or communication for any purpose. It makes clear that the presumption at §3.(2) of the Act is invalid.
