They will lie, cheat, defame, vandalize, steal, and attack. If the police show up, they'll do their best to play the victim. Some will actually send out their children to "get even." The real problem is if you find yourself dealing with police officers on containment duty. Their negligence is quickly recognized and, essentially, becomes encouragement. That's when your life becomes surreal... and miserable.

counselling violent reprisal. Ms. Girard is also responsible, in

Terry Kozub and,
possibly, their introduction.

- Believed to be the tenant of Constable Issam Salame until the sale of 919 Elsmere Avenue to (someone believed to be) a family member of Constable Salame
- Regularly referred to her "police officer landlord" and the double-hearsay sourced slander she was relaying to him
- Regularly referred to her "City of Windsor boyfriend" and his on-the-clock drive-bys in city vehicles to monitor a resident as well as the information he allegedly provided from personal information banks in the custody and control of the city regarding the resident
- Can rapidly become violent, delusional and verbally abusive when agitated, especially when excited by a group/mob
- Mother provided an introduction to one method used in attempts to
increase social power by way of slander (villification via
negative gossip) in differing age and economic groups
