Simply put, Devon was a kid in the neighbourhood. He wasn't an angel but his mild antics occurred where convienient, not focused on anyone or anything. As time progressed, it became somewhat odd to be dealing intermittently with a child whose mother was becomming increasingly deranged, vocal, and confrontational. Street gossip had the daughters of Connie Hall grieving the loss of their mother with the assistance of increasing amounts of recreational drugs. The drugs weren't new but, reportedly, the increased usage was. - 2009
