137. Fabricating evidence
He advised that he has several cameras set up to record anyone that goes near his house. Constable Jon-Michael Woods, GO 2011-30471
No, you were told it was just the one USB webcam in the window connected to a computer running free software that allowed it to take pictures when triggered by motion. It was further explained that the items were picked up and put together at the beginning of September 2010 and that it's presence was discovered by Ms. Reid and her associates a few weeks later. Since that time, it had drastically reduced daytime vandalism as well as confrontations occurring directly in front of our home but, unfortunately, was useless at night.
