Of investigations, lip service, lipstick on a pig, and containment.

CP/GO 2012-26716 - The old lady left? You're going down, mother fucker!

What should have been a relaxing few hours spent in the backyard reading boring technical material with the dog turns into an eventful afternoon ending with a short foot chase and threats in the evening.

Two reports were filed. Both are false instruments returned from a statutory process.

The reports generated were placed into a personal information bank used, generally, in the administration of justice. Each time they were accessed, the negative impact on the victim was compounded and, thereby, brought the administraton of justice further into disrepute. One such access, involving personal and property safety, occurred on January 8, 2013, when Senior Constable Bercovici investigated possible hate crimes.
