CP/GO 2011-52499 - Wrong side of the tracks
At the time of the occurrence, Constable T. Snyder was partnered with
Constable Cale Armstrong. Re: a non-event with misbehaving children becomes an adult
confrontation
Both residents interacted with the responding officers in
approximately equal parts. Constable Snyder ommitted mention of this
in his report, only referencing the female resident to note her
presence and relationship to the victim of his fictional account.

institution, as defined by
§22.1(b) of the
Canadian Criminal Code1. The portion constituting a
formal notice under the
Tresspass to Property Act
lawfully prohibits entry onto property owned, controlled, or
occupied by the authors. A second portion, dealing with the common
law, prohibits entry or communication for any purpose. It makes
clear that the presumption at §3.(2) of the
Act
is invalid.
